Hi, I'm Shourabh. I'm an Etsy seller too, running a small shop of my own in Australia.
For more than 20 years, I have worked hands-on across data engineering, architecture and AI, delivering data and analytics outcomes for large organisations and regulated industries.
That work taught me that numbers must be traceable, security must be deliberate and AI must stay grounded in evidence. A system earns trust by showing where an answer came from and being honest when the data cannot support one. I wanted to apply the same principles, rigour and depth to a problem I knew personally: running my own Etsy shop.
