Usually within two working days. I'm in Australia (UTC+10), so if you're writing from the US or Europe, expect the answer overnight your time. If it's about your data (access, correction, deletion), say so in the subject line and it goes to the front.
The fastest route is the waitlist. It asks three short questions about your shop so I can tell you honestly whether it'll be useful for you yet.
