Terms of service

These terms govern your use of storevitals.app and the StoreVitals application (the "Service"), operated by [confirm: legal entity] ("we", "us"). By joining the waitlist or using the Service you agree to them.
1. What the Service is
StoreVitals reads data from your Etsy shop and, optionally, your Google Analytics property, and shows you diagnoses, measurements and suggested actions derived from that data. It is an analysis tool. It does not make changes to your shop, and every action it suggests is yours to take or ignore.
2. Early access
The Service is currently in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed. We may limit the number of shops we onboard. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.
3. Your account and your shop
- You must be the owner of, or authorised to act for, any Etsy shop or Google Analytics property you connect.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- You can disconnect your shop at any time by revoking StoreVitals in your Etsy or Google account settings, and you can ask us to delete your workspace at any time.
4. Our access to your data
We access your shop with read-only permissions and use the data only to provide the Service to you, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for cross-shop benchmarks unless you opt in.
5. What the numbers mean
Figures shown in the Service are computed from your own shop data and are labelled as measured or modelled. Modelled figures, forecasts and suggested actions are estimates and judgements to help you decide, not guarantees of any outcome. You remain responsible for decisions about your shop, including pricing, listings and advertising.
6. Fees
No fees are charged during early access. When paid plans launch, prices and what each plan includes will be shown before you are asked to pay, payments will be handled by Stripe, and you will be able to cancel at any time with access continuing to the end of the paid period. A free plan will remain available.
7. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other users' workspaces, interfere with the Service, reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that breaches Etsy's or Google's terms. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. [confirm: jurisdiction and governing law.]
9. Etsy and Google
StoreVitals is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. or Google LLC. "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Your use of Etsy and Google remains governed by their own terms.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; if the change is material we will email account holders and update the date above. You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, or on notice if we discontinue the Service.
